Provision of estimates

Which kinds of personal data are processed?

If you submit a request for services, the contact details provided as well as the content of any message (insofar as the latter qualifies as personal data) will be processed in order to provide an estimate.

What is the basis of processing?

By responding to a request for an estimate, we are taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract for services.

Who may receive my personal data?

Your personal data is accessible to relevant members of our staff, our IT services providers and regulators. In particular, quotes for services are prepared using Xero software, so Xero will be a recipient of your personal data as a service provider to us.

How long do you keep my data?

We keep personal data used for quotes for seven months after they are issued. This information will then be deleted.
