Year end accounts and Corporation Tax

I offer both a statutory and non-statutory accounts preparation service. Accounts will be prepared based on the underlying records and prepared in line with current laws and regulations.

For statutory accounts preparations (company accounts), the information in the accounts will be used to prepare the Corporation Tax computation. Statutory accounts will be filed at Companies House

For non-statutory accounts (sole traders, partnerships, rental property statements) the accounts are used to complete the relevant area of your self assessment return. 

Bookkeeping services & VAT Returns

I am happy to visit your premises to undertake bookkeeping services or work remotely. The use of Xero software allows for various combinations of us working together. Together we can create systems and workflows, that work for your business, to ensure all parties are processing the accounting transactions and records correctly and efficiently.

If you are confident in maintaining your own books but would appreciate a second set of eyes, then I offer a review service to review the accounting and VAT prior to submission to HMRC.
